NAL Plant chosen for The Parliamentary Review

Chaired jointly by Lord Blunkett and Lord Pickles, The Parliamentary Review has become a staple in the political calendar. Bringing together views from across the political spectrum, The Review is a template for best practice across a multitude of sectors. Industry leaders celebrate their success, share their concerns and look to the future to consider how external factors ranging from Brexit to the domestic skills gap may affect the road ahead.
 
NAL Plant opened in 1976 with the purchase of one Massey Ferguson digger which operated from a farm on the Nottinghamshire-Derbyshire border. Michele Longden, who has been with the company since day one, elaborates further about the organisation and its successes in this year’s Review.
 
CEO of TechUK, Julian David, joins the Prime Minister in introducing this year’s crop of business leaders. We also explore current events in cybersecurity, driverless cars and a bumper year for British gaming.
 
The executive director of the The Parliamentary Review, Daniel Yossman, lauded the exceptional representatives involved in this year and stating that The Review is “delighted at how many exceptional and hardworking organisations from across the country have come together to make this edition possible.”
 
Writing in The Review, the prime minister says that “British politics provides ample material for analysis in the pages of The Parliamentary Review.”

“We were invited last Thursday to the Houses of Parliament for the launch of The Parliamentary Review which was a really lovely evening on the Terrace. It was fascinating to go through the House especially as it was so busy with all the late night Brexit debates!”

“We then went onto the Terrace and the evening was so nice. We were able to go outside and enjoy the city – it was a perfect night to enjoy the sites from such an unusual aspect and with so much buzz!”
